Shipping policy
We try to get everything shipped out from our production facility within 5 days. Typically it takes 3 days, but that is dependent on the time of year and volume of orders. Everything is custom made with personalization, so please allow enough time for us to create your unique special product. We ship via UPS unless otherwise indicated.
